Frequently Asked Questions
What markets do you serve?!
Dedicated to servicing RaceTrac and RaceWay stores, we operate in six southeastern states — Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Texas.
How long is training?
Training length is dependent upon the individual driver and his/her prior experience
as well as time needed to receive terminal cards, but typically runs 4-5 weeks.
I don’t have any liquid hauling experience, will I still be considered for a position?
Yes! Drivers without previous liquid hauling experience will receive training for a
minimum of four weeks or 20 working days.
What makes Energy Dispatch different than other trucking companies?

What kind of training will I receive?
You will undergo hands-on training that includes hazardous materials, emergency response, loading and unloading procedures. Hands-on and online training is conducted throughout your career with Energy Dispatch.
What will I get paid during training?
Trainees receive $22 per hour while in training.
How does Energy Dispatch pay?
Energy Dispatch pays its drivers by the hour on a weekly basis. Rate of pay is based on driver tenure with the company. Drivers may also receive quarterly bonuses based on performance and tenure eligibility.
What are the opportunities for advancement in the company?
In addition to driver positions, we also offer several leadership opportunities including Lead Driver,
Team Lead, Market Supervisor, and Trainers depending on the market. Energy Dispatch also has Area
Operations Managers and Regional Safety Managers that manage each of our four regions.
